He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Ross and Stella Mae Manuel (Channel); his wife Jean Alice; his siblings, Clement, Duane Manuel and Virginia Martin; and his son-in-law Bill Wesley.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy Rae Wesley (Bill), Terry Renee Jordan (Terry) and Tex Richard Manuel, II (Teri) of Havensville; his grandchildren, Brandi Wesley, Chance Wesley, Colt Wesley (Richelle), Tanner Jordan, Casey Parker (Scott), Tayla Manuel, Tex "Trey" Manuel, III, Kloee, Skye, Caleb, Quincy, Connor, Theo, Aliyah, Reagan and Taylor; and his brother-in-law Dwayne Martin. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The lying in state will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Chapel Oaks Funeral Home (218 Leonard St, Onaga, KS 66521). Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Havensville Christian Church.
