He was predeceased by: his parents, John William Clark and Vernedith M.; and his siblings, Mabel Littrice, Alice Jane Smith, Dwight Richardson, Anthony Richardson and James Clark.
He is survived by: his children, John Clark of Horton, KS, Wayne Clark of Leavenworth, KS, Katrice Clark of Dallas, TX, Miracle Clark of Kansas City, MO and Johnathan Harvey of Atchison, KS; and his brother Joseph E. Clark (Debbie). He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family members and close friends.
