She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Mitchell and Virginia Rose Mitchell (Firner). She is survived by: her children, Ginny Jo Whitsell-Millsaps of Osage City, KS and Terry Don Whitsell (Kim) of Troy, KS; her brothers, Jim Mitchell (Joann) of Hiawatha, Bob Mitchell (Barbara) of Manassas, VA and Ward Mitchell (Debbie) of Hiawatha, KS; her grandchildren, Carly Jo Whitsell, Jarred "Buck" Whitsell (Shenna), Jennifer Millsaps, Celeste Morgan (Roland) and Jared Adkins (Alex); and her great grandchildren, Colton, Janelle, Jagger, Tiger, Meadow, McKinlee, Ella, Trenton, Landon, Maddy, Kinsley and Vada. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 17th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and on Saturday, February 7th 2026 at 6:00 PM.
