He is survived by : his children, Shelley Hamilton Rice of Colorado, Angela Hamilton McKeefery of Seattle, WA, Mike Bellinger of Osawatomie, KS, Brian Bellinger of Pullman, WA and James Bellinger of Osage City, KS; and his siblings, Lori, Kathy, Patti, Wanda and Kenny.
