He was predeceased by : his parents, Joe Gardner and Myrtle Gardner (Farmer); his wife Eunice Redenbaugh; his daughter Lori Ann Fisher; his grandson Michael David Gardner; and his sister Doris Gardner.
He is survived by : his sons, Bruce Gardner (Donna) of Highlands Ranch, Colorado, Kent Gardner (Carol) of Topeka, Rick Gardner (Dena) of Osage City and Jeff Gardner of Osage City; and his close friend Patty Nelson. He is also survived by his twelve grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
