She was predeceased by: her parents, James Williams and Lillie Williams (Ward); and her husband Art. She is survived by: her children, Charles "Chuck" Mayfield of Osage City, Arthur John Stephens, Jr. (Tabitha) of Deland, Florida, Connie Hensley (Todd) of Reading and Darlene Potter (Gary) of Osage City; and her sisters, Wanda Langley of Carbondale and Clara Wakeman of Odessa, Missouri. She is also survived by her seven grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
