He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Kraus and Pearl Kraus (Roeser); his brothers, Bill and Alvin Kraus; and his brother-in-law Neal DeWitt.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Kraus; his children, Brian Kraus (Jessica) and Amanda Kraus; his grandchildren, Josie, Kody and Weston Kraus; and his siblings, Lois DeWitt, Sheryll Crumb and Robert Kraus. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
