She was predeceased by : her parents, George E. Witter and Ella R. Witter (Wilken); her former life partner Max L. Hallgren; her husband Delbert E. Wegener; her grandparents, George, Rose Wilken, Harry and Louise Witter; her brother Ron Witter; and her brothers-in-law, Warren Hallgren, Merlyn Farlee and Don Brown.
She is survived by : her children, Kimberly D. Hallgren of Osage City and Kenneth "Boo" A. Hallgren (Denise) of Osage City; her grandchildren, Kyle Hallgren (Kyla) of Auburn, Colton Hallgren (Danielle) of Osage City and McKenna Hallgren of Osage City; her great grandchildren, Max, Henry Hallgren of Osage City, Charles and Carson Hallgren of Auburn; her siblings, Kathy Brown of Castle Pines, Colorado and Michael Witter (Wendi) of Arvada, Colorado; and her in-laws, Elaine Witter of State College, Jean Farlee of Republic, Bud, Darlene Hallgren of Topeka and Evelyn Hallgren of Topeka. She is also survived by many other relatives and special friends.
