He is survived by: his children, Terry Middleton, Jr. (Chamayn) of Lee's Summit, Travis Middleton (Bridget) of Burlingame and Tracy McDaniel (Arlen) of Osage City; his grandchildren, Brogan, Samantha, Robert, Katie, Jaden, Colby, Blake and Lauren; and his great grandchild Harlowe.
