She was predeceased by: her former husband Jack Fields; her husband Vernard Bell; and her children, Delores and Rodney Fields Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Velinda Serna of Osawatomie, KS and Gardner Fields of Topeka, KS; her daughter-in-law Rita Fields of Osawatomie, KS.; her grandchildren, Jackie Davey (Robert) of Osawatomie, KS, Joe Serna (Tammy) of Osage City, KS, Rodney Fields Jr. of Paola, KS, Michael and Matthew Fields of Osawatomie, KS.; her great grandchildren, Mercedes Roland (Clay) of Lawrence, KS, Aliks Serna of Ottawa, KS, Hayden, Sawyer Serna of Osage City, KS and Bri Fields of Gardner, KS; and her great great grandchild Silas Roland.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Beagle United Methodist Church (39101 Walthall Rd, Osawatomie, KS 66064). A burial will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at the Memorial Gardens (28863 W 327th St, Paola, KS 66071).
