It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra Ann Martin (Osawatomie, Kansas), born in Columbia, Missouri, who passed away on December 7, 2025, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Richard Jr. and Jessie Faye Cooper (Casner); and her grandson Anthony Martin. She is survived by: her husband Dan; her children, John Martin (Monica), Jennifer Wilson (Dusty) and Jeremy Martin (Marcela); her grandchildren, Gracie Martin-Fink, Jeffrey Wilson, Jessica Wilson, Jocelyn Wilson and Jayden Wilson; and her siblings, Richard Cooper III, Barbara Romig and Linda Cooper.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Birchard Funeral Home (203 Main St, Osawatomie, KS 66064). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 at the Osawatomie Cemetery West 327th.
