She is survived by: her family Garnett; her siblings, Leonard, Gene, Dick, Bob, Ruth, Bill, Don, Mary and Sam; her daughter Coleen Medina (Mike); her grandchildren, Kelccey Manchester (Dylan) and Kody Medina (Toi); her brother Jim Lankard; and her family, Sheila, Madison, Alexey, Hadley, Vanessa, Ashley, Bristol, Jenna, Chrissy, Mackinly, Norma, Megan and Josh. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; as well as some very special friends.
Memorial contributions are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and may be made left in the care of the funeral home.
