He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Evert and Dorothy Marie Kennedy (Johnston); his wife Anni Friedl; and his brothers, Willis, Harold and Robert Kennedy.
He is survived by: his children, Dale Kennedy, Monika Troutman, Margie West, Rosi Kennedy, JoAnn Oborny, Tina Kennedy and Anita Kennedy. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren with one on the way and many extended family.
