He was predeceased by : his parents, Leo Bales and Velma Bales (Stull) of Alton; his wife Marjorie Cox; his sister Marjorie Johnston; and his granddaughter Candice Gregory.
He is survived by : his children, Belinda Warner (Darrell) of Liebenthal, KS, Vickie Drake of Alton, KS, Donna Gregory (Virl) of Alton, KS and Larry Bales (Robin) of Osborne, KS. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
