She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Cox and Alice Cox (Miller); her stepmother Frances Cox; her former husband Jack Mayes; her children-in-law, Bill Schultze, Brian Pahls and Janet Mayes; her grandson Blake Mayes; her siblings, Barbara Snedker, Marjorie Bales, Charles "Sonny" Cox and Dee Arden Cox; her stepdaughter Patricia Putnam (Tricia); Doyle Sackhoff.
She is survived by: her husband Arden; her children, Beth Schultze, Jaqui Conrad (Carlyn) of Sylvia, KS, Lauri Pahls of Tipton, KS and Nick Mayes of Wichita, KS; her sister Mary Cox McKay of San Antonio, TX.; her grandchildren, Amy Miller (Brandon), Angie Goheen (Jerrad), Eric Schultze (Lindy), Bryan Schultze (Amanda), Tyler Schultze (Chelsea), Jessica Mathes (Travis), Travis Conrad (Ai), Alicia Minks (Dallas), Braden Mayes (Kacey), Blaise Mayes, Dustin Pahls (Alisa) and Ashley Pahls; and her stepchildren, Steve Putnam, Rick Putnam and Lynn Henke.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alton Christmas Light Display, a project she loved supporting and enjoyed with her family.
