With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis Seifert of Osborne, Kansas, who passed away on February 7, 2026 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dick Walker and Velma Walker; her son Timothy Alan Seifert; her husband Charles Seifert; her sister Joyce Walker; and her brother-in-law William Walker.
She is survived by: her son James Edward Seifert (Dolores Seifert) of Harper, Kansas; her sibling Phyllip Hays (Toni) of Cheyenne, Wyoming; her daughter-in-law Terri Seifert of Osborne, Kansas.; and her grandchildren, Alissa, Chris Reid of Haysville, Kansas, Blythe, Cory Winkelmann of Peyton, Colorado, Jessica, Johnathan Breland of Abilene, Kansas, Sarah, Brandon Knoles of Grant, Nebraska and Charlie Seifert of Emporia, Kansas. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
