He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Boyd Bonebrake and Mary Ann Bonebrake. He is survived by: his fiancée Carol Ruth Hall; his siblings, Steve (Marilyn), Brent and Marcia (Don); and his children, Matthew and Laura (Josh). He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
