We are sad to announce that on March 24, 2023, at the age of 85, Rex C. Buttram of Oskaloosa, Kansas, born in Joplin, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, William Homer and Lillie Ethel Powers Buttram; his daughters, Vonda Marshell, Lynn McQuillan and Cheryl Buttram-Carver; and his stepfather C. J. Wellesly.

He is survived by : his wife Maxine Ann Heston; his children, Brian Buttram and Debra Buttram-Ussery; and his sisters, Donna Wellesly and Carla Heinen.
