He is survived by : his sons, William Heard Jr. (Darla) and Rodney Heard (Darlene); his grandchildren, Bryant Heard, Christopher Calovich, Jami Tickles and Katie Jo Coates; his sisters-in-law, Brenda Latham, Jean Jewell and Ann Davis; and also, Joan Pentlin and Brandon. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
