We are sad to announce that, on February 23, 2026, at the age of 86, Lois Arlene Matlock (Oswego, Kansas), born in Fredonia, Kansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfreda Spoon (Crawshaw) and Lester Spoon; her grandparents, Mable (Fiscus), Fred Crawshaw, Florence (Jones) and Frank Spoon; her husband Donald Dean Matlock; her daughter Karla Sue; and her brothers, George Dwaine Spoon (Gladys), Garold Max Spoon (Jim), Forest Dale Spoon and Robert Lowell Spoon.
She is survived by: her children, Vicky Bagdriwicz (Don), Columbus, Cheryl Hosier (Doug), Donna Hull (Dave) and Rick Matlock (Anne); her grandchildren, Karla (Eric), Nathan Hosier (Anette), Elisha Bagdriwicz, Andrea Colyer (Tony), Preston Hosier (Melinda), Phoenix Kamlo, Bryant Thomas, Keith Matlock (Gayle), Kiana (Andrew), Christina Conyers (Tyler) and Danielle Loganbill (Trent); and her sisters-in-law, Shirley Spoon (Cunningham), Lena May Matlock (Fugate) and Donna Matlock (Schemm).
