With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Albert LeRoy Keefer of Ottawa, Kansas, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Keefer and Vista Keefer (Sowers). He is survived by: his wife Warda Marilyn Browning; his children, Mary Lynn McMichael (Chuck) of Fort Davis and Alan Keefer (Becky) of Fort Worth Texas; and his grandchildren, Mariah Tinney (Leandra), Megan Tinney Anderson, Marileigh McMichael Hitge (Christiann), Charlie McMichael, Alex Keefer (Laura) and Conner McMichael (Rachel). He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
The family suggests memorial contributions to the Al Keefer Memorial Scholarship Fund, which is being established for a graduating Ottawa High School senior pursuing a career in education or the First Christian Church, Ottawa c/o Dengel & Son Mortuary, 235 S. Hickory, Ottawa, Kansas 66067.
