We are sad to announce that on November 27, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Billie Fretz of Ottawa, Kansas, born in Greensburg, Kansas. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Billie Fretz to show support.

She was predeceased by : her parents, William Oaks and Mabel Dorland (Kennedy); her husband Allen Fretz; her granddaughter Nicole West; and her children-in-law, Janine West and Joel Gilbert.

She is survived by : her children, Terry Mark West (Johnnie) of Albuquerque, Mike West (Sandie) of Wichita, Melisa Gilbert of Jasper, AL and Melinda James (Jack) of Paola; and her stepson Kenny Fretz (Pat) of Kounteze, Texas. She is also survived by four grandchildren and ten great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
