He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Cain and Karen Cain (Haverty); and his sister Babette (Babbi). He is survived by: his wife Kerry Cain of Phoenix; his children, Makenna, Carter, Brylee and Teagan; his sister Candie (Craig); his uncle David Haverty (Susan); and his aunt Sharon Hiner.
