With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Debra Ann Houk of Ottawa, Kansas, who passed away on May 14, 2026 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Roy Houk; her brother David; and her adoptive sons, Dave and John. She is survived by: her mother Sharlene Houk; her significant other Becky; her brother Donnie; and her nieces and nephews, Rachel, Melissa, Janis, Presli, Haven, Russell, Chase, Drew, Cole, Cayden and Carlos. She is also survived by many great-nieces, great-nephews.
