He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Bohm and Viola Bohm (Smith); his former wife Alice Marie; and his siblings, Wendell Bohm and Dolores Lyon.

He is survived by: his wife Shirley Fisher Sweet; his children, Clayton Bohm (Debby) of Garden City, MO and Karen Vallier (Russ) of Chanute, KS; his stepsons, Brian Sweet (Debi) of Chapman, KS and Tom Sweet (Christie) of Edgerton, MO; his brother Ross Bohm (Beverly) of Yuma, CO; and his stepgreat-grandchild Many. He is also survived by 3 Grandchildren, 5 Great-Grandchildren 9 Step-Grandchildren.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Elk Falls United Methodist Church and can be mailed to or left with the funeral home.
