He is survived by: his former wife Rosita Cheryl McCall; his sons, Stephen Howard Curtis of Pomona and Ryan Wayne Curtis (Carrie) of Ottawa, Kansas.; his grandchildren, Lane Curtis, Stasha Morrow (Chris), Anna Haugom (Cameron), Lauren Bila (Brock) and Austin Curtis; and his great grandchildren, Jensen Curtis and Connor Haugom.
