Irma Butler Obituary

With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Irma Butler of Ottawa, Kansas, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Irma left this world on July 10, 2025 at the age of 88, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Karr Dryden and Flossie Dryden (Lamb); her husband David F. Butler; and her siblings, Argyl Dryden, Marion Dryden, Everett Dryden, Wilma Reiling, Edith Murray and Doris Dodson.

She is survived by: her sister Elma Luthye of Topeka, KS; and her children, Dan Eldon Brammell (Kathy) of Mount Laurel, NJ, Randall Dean Brammell (Toni) of Topeka, KS, Gayle Lynette Bachman (late Rudy) of Howell, MI, Tina Marie Fisher (Bruce) of Prescott, AZ and Matthew John Butler (Gretchen) of Burlingame, KS.. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren, and 11 great-great grandchildren.

A memorial service was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Harveyville Church of Christ (211 Wabaunsee Ave, Harveyville, KS 66431).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Harveyville Church of Christ in Irma's honor.
