He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Robert (Overbrook) and Fern Love McCrea. He is survived by: his wife Gurtha Kuiken (Jordan); his sons, Mark McCrea (Betsy) and David McCrea; his stepdaughters, Kathi DeVoe (Tom), Lori Jones (Jimmie) and Kaye Buis; his sisters, Marjorie Behan and Marilyn Seifert; and his stepchildren, Lea Lyman (Dan) and Bobby Kuiken. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, twenty-four great grandchildren.
