She was predeceased by: her parents, Byron Smith and Elizabeth Smith. She is survived by: her grandchild Hollyn; her husband Warren; her daughter Dawn Cubbison (Gary Shipp); her grandchildren, Meghan Forster (Trace) and Seth Cubbison; her son Wendell (Rachel); her grandchildren, Westen (Katherine) and Erin (Mike); her son Wallace (Andrea); her granddaughter Hanna Torres (David); her stepgrandsons, Tyler, Ian and Patrick; and her sister Judy Cooper (Bud). She is also survived by her loving family.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the memorial fund at the First Baptist Church of Ottawa.
