He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Emil Kraus and Mildred Irene Kraus (Sherrer); his daughter Cammie Clark; his brothers, Larry Kraus and Max Kraus; his siblings-in-law, Jeannette Aguirre, Diane Ellison, Linda Schwegman, Cindy Graves, Erin Schwegman, Jim Schwegman and Don Wolken; and his nieces, Jeannie Ana Aguirre and Maria Allender.
He is survived by: his wife Sheila Kraus; his children, Bryan Kraus of Ottawa, KS, Christopher Kraus (Hannah) of Richmond, KS, Travis Fritts (Hollie) of Emporia, KS and Tracy Roche (Chris) of Overland Park, KS; his grandchildren, Trenton Kraus, Bryant Clark, Holden Kraus, Dalen Kraus, Christopher Kraus, Connor Roche, John Fritts, Cole Howey, Whitney Kraus, Megan Clark, Addison Kraus, Paetyn Kraus, Amelia Kraus, Viola Fritts, Grace Roche, Ava Howey, Piper Goode and Amanda Lawhorn; his great grandchildren, Kodi, Austin, Tristan, Aiden, Gavon and Lily; and his siblings-in-law, Ella Mae Kraus, Cecelia Kraus, Linda Wolken, Terry Schwegman (Linda), Ben Schwegman (Kathy) and Bob Ellison.
