He is survived by: his great-granduncle Thomas McQuillan; his wife Anne Denison; his sons, John Brian Jackson (Lisa), Steven Paul Jackson and Eric Brooks Jackson (Heidi); and his grandchildren, Heather, Alexander and Sydney.
