He is survived by: his girlfriend Nora Tibai; his children, Dan Mietchen (Toni) of Ottawa, Kansas, Julie Mietchen of Ottawa and Ashley Stacey (Cameron) of Hayden, Alabama.; his stepchildren, April Rager (Darren) of Tulsa, Brad Corder (Mindy) of St. Louis and Cara Pendley (Brad) of Memphis, Tennessee.; his siblings, Linda Clevenger of Baldwin City, Connie Mietchen and Jim Mietchen of Baldwin City, Kansas.; his grandchildren, Kasi Carner (Cory), Kelsey Hirschman (CJ), Jamie Ojeda, Derek Mietchen (Angie) and Evan Mietchen (Chelsea); his nephews, Justin Mietchen, Jeff Clevenger and Jeremy Clevenger; and his niece Angela Carpinella.
