He is survived by: his wife Linda Perry; his children, Shawn Perry (Alicia) of Wellsville, Leslie Scott of Ottawa and Bryan Perry of Ottawa; his grandchildren, Brooke, Nathan, Zac, Wyatt, Hayley, Hunter, Brynlie, Jaiden and Freya; his great grandchildren, Zoie, Theodore, Amelia, Carlie and Scarlett; and his brothers, Chris Perry (Stan Perry) and Melaina Walker.
