He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Hopkins and Lucille Hopkins (Toumberlin). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Hopkins; and his children, David Hopkins (Carole), Robert Hopkins and Katina "Tina" Reynolds (Scott).
