He was predeceased by: his parents, Gale Wagoner and Verna Wagoner (Johnson). He is survived by: his significant other Sandy Gilliam; his stepdaughter Rhonda Foltz; his sisters, Raylene Brecheisen (Steve) and Sherry Cooper (Bub); and his grandchildren, Winter Moore, Kaine Moore, Gabriel Moore, Makaila Moore, Madison Moore, Talia Nicholson-Moore and Emily Moore. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews, other family and friends.
