He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom B. Lewis and Alice Joy Lewis (Mackish). He is survived by: his wife Mary Lewis; his daughter Ellen Emry (Nick Barnes) of Springfield, MO; his stepdaughter Tasha McMahon (Jason) of Dryden; his brother Brian Lewis; his daughter Isabella of Austin, TX; his sister Beth Lewis (Jerry) of Ottawa, KS; and his nephew Christian Lewis (Haley Farmer).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Lamb-Roberts-Price Funeral Home (325 S Hickory St, Ottawa, KS 66067). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Ottawa (410 S Hickory St, Ottawa, KS 66067).
