He is survived by : his parents, George Robert Franks (Libby) of Ottawa, KS and Juanita Marie Robinson; his father-in-law Sylvester of Ottawa, KS; his stepsister Lenora Lucille Higgins of Texas; his daughter Dominique Franks of Nevada; and his brother Jarod Franks of Ottawa, KS. He is also survived by cousins, aunts, and uncles.
