She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Riley and Edith Riley (Taylor); her husband Edwin Gerisch; and her siblings, Vernon Riley, Jane Bean, Laura Reed and Henrietta Slusser.

She is survived by: her son Riley Gerisch (Kathy) of Overbrook, KS; and her grandsons, Michael Gerisch of Overbrook, KS and David Gerisch of Overbrook, KS. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lamb-Roberts-Price Funeral Home (730 Western Heights Dr, Overbrook, KS 66524). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Overbrook United Methodist Church (1005 Maple St, Overbrook, KS 66524).
