He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Woodruff and Fern Woodruff; his daughter-in-law Linda Woodruff; his stepgrandson Elijah Alejos; and his brother Barry "Bud" Woodruff.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene of Overbrook; his children, Warren Woodruff of Topeka, Danny Woodruff of Overbrook, Sandy Howe Overbrook (Larry), Jack Woodruff, Jr. (Vonnie) of Longmont and Randy Woodruff (Missy) of Olathe, Kansas; his grandchildren, Alyson Mitchell (Jason), Grady Woodruff (Lizzi), Jacqueline Kremers (Alec), Hannah Honeyman, Megan Woodruff, Kallie Woodruff, Jake Woodruff and Jack Pierce "JP" Woodruff; his stepgrandchildren, Ashlea Nelson (Jason), Sarah Alejos, Warren Howe (Jessica) and Elizabeth Richmeier (Jared); his great grandchildren, Maddie, Emersyn, Liam, Bryer, Emery, Karlie and Davis; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Isaac, Joey, Kaelyn, Ella, Mila, Lahna, Brooks and Leo; and his sister Pat Ritchie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Overbrook American Legion Post 239 or St. Francis Catholic Church, Lapeer, sent in care of the funeral home.
