He was predeceased by: his parents, J. E. Moore and Gertrude Moore (Schwarz); his wife Janice Scott; and his siblings, Helen Nieman, John Moore, Gretchen Anderson, Carol Albers and Priscilla Moore.
He is survived by: his children, Collette Moore of Lawrence, Dede Moore of Colby and Diana Day of Fort Smith; his grandchildren, Aaryss, Marcus, Monica, Margot and Zane; and his siblings, Jeanne Mann of Oberlin, Pat Moore of Lee's Summit, Mike Moore of Hays and Iris Peterson of Rose Hill. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church of Grinnell, Kansas 67738 or to any Animal Shelter.
