He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Whitaker and Helen Whitaker (Jimmy). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Whitaker; his daughters, Annetta Loe of Kansas City and Shawna Sullivan of Stillwell; and his brother Jim Whitaker of Gardner, KS. He is also survived by five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
