She was predeceased by: her parents, Minnie Hakan (Kletsky) and Jacob Goldberg (Jack); and her brother Robert Donald Goldberg (Bobby). She is survived by: her stepfather Dr. Albert J. Hakan; her daughters, Nancy Reichman (Allan) of Overland Park and Donna Hess (Steve) of Briarcliff Manor; her grandchildren, Mara Reichman Lambert (Mark) of Adelaide, Michael Reichman (Elizabeth Erenberg) of York, Warren Hess (Liz) of Elmsford and Leah Hess Bellman (Miles) of Framingham, Massachusetts; and her great grandchildren, Robin Robert Reichman, Lucas Andrew Bellman and Alexander Brooks Hess.

Beverly was a member of The Temple, Congregation B'nai Jehudah and her family requests donations to the Temple, Village Shalom or Kansas City Hospice in lieu of flowers.
