With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billy E. Moberly Jr. of Overland Park, Kansas, who passed away on July 13, 2025 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Billy departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Billy may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Billy leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy E. Moberly, Sr. and Kathyrne Lee Taylor Moberly; and his brother James Earl Moberly. He is survived by: his sons, Brian Eugene Moberly (Christena) and Kevin Eral Moberly (Meghan) of Saint Cloud, FL; and his siblings, Robert L. Moberly of Kansas City, KS, Melisse Richtarik, Kathyrne L. Tiras (Michael) of Redland, CA and Melinda Moberly-Hanks (Jim). He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
The military honors will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Ontario Cemetery (286 Rd, Circleville, KS 66416).
