He was predeceased by: his parents, James Harper and Sylvia Harper. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Harper; his daughter Erika Harper (Christina); his stepdaughter Kimberly Maxon; and his grandchildren, Henry Maxon, Charlie Maxon and Greta Maxon.
