It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Smith (Overland Park, Kansas), who passed away on October 22, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son Kevin "Kelly" Hook. She is survived by: her former spouse H. S. Sweetheart Lynn Hook; her grandsons, Scott, Aaron and Andrew "A. J." Hook; her husband Dennis Smith; her siblings, Russell Scott and Dorie Whipp; and her son Randy (Michele). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
