He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank Thompson and Evelyn Thompson; and his daughter Pam. He is survived by : his wife Rita; and his children, Joe (Maryanne), Bill, Dave (Karyn), Jeanne Dusek (Jim), Jim and Michelle Hanson (Bill). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
