He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Samuel Gish and Lucille Gish; his wife Carolyn (Holcomb); his children, Deborah Budke (Chris), Diane Punch (Doug) and Doug Gish (Deanna); his grandchildren, Allison, Rachel, Sarah Budke (Casey Reed), Danielle Orf (Luke), Erica, Jacob Punch, Bryan, Nathan and Natalie Gish; and his brother Robert Gish. He was also cherished by three children and nine grandchildren.
