He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Moen and Helen Moen. He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Ring (Kevin) of Mission Hills, KS., Robert Moen (Dorothy) of Cheyenne, WY. and Martha Rybak (Dave) of Basalt, CO. He is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to the Johnson County Library Foundation.
