He is survived by: his wife Sherry Van Voorst (Engbers); his family Lord; and his children, Jamie Van Voorst (Gwen), Ann, Emily Contrucci (Joe) and Elizabeth Van Maanen (Eric). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.
