He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Alber (Weide) and Daniel Rehm Alber. He is survived by: his daughters, Tracy Alber Mattis and Christine Allan; his grandchildren, Drake Mattis, Dane Mattis, Catherine Ellis (Spencer), Emily Shattuck (David) and Ashley Rice (Dustin); his great grandchildren, Savanah Ellis and Mason Ellis; and his siblings, Bob Alber (Judy) and Mary Licata (Larry). He is also survived by five nieces and nephews.
